Position and Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented clerk to provide vital administrative support to our operations teams. Working closely with front-line supervisors, you will manage daily tasks, ensure smooth organization, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
In this role you will:
-Create and manage reservations and notifications in SAP.
-Update and close maintenance work orders in SAP.
-Track and ensure employee training records remain current.
-Coordinate flight changes and maintain accurate schedule updates.
-Prepare materials and documentation for safety meetings.
-Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
-Provide administrative support across all departments and other duties as required.
This is a temporary position with an expected duration of 90 days.
Requirements of the position:
-minimum grade 12 diploma or equivalent;
-post-secondary diploma certificate in office administration;
-valid class 5 drivers license;
-proficiency with Microsoft Office suite;
-advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel;
-strong organizational skills;
-excellent written and verbal communication skills;
-maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude and commitment to teamwork; and
-work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft.

-SAP/S4 HANA experience.
