Description

Quinnalan Jaimes Contracting seeks a Carpenter Apprentice (Level 1,2 or related experience) with residential construction experience. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a Journeyman  to assist with the construction of homes in the Elk Ridge and Lakeland area. General carpentry will include:

* foundations
* framing
* interior/exterior finishing
* millwork and tile
* flooring
* deck construction
* deliver materials and tools to site
* finishing carpentry
* maintain safe sites including managing temporary heat systems
* site clean up
* scaffolding and other OHS requirements

Wage: based on experience and leveled payscale
Experience: +2 years
Benefits: health/dental/LTD/life after 3 months
Travel Benefit: as per company policy
Work Conditions: consistent 4 day work week
Location: Lakeland, Elk Ridge

Must have own transportation and valid drivers licence.
