The Role
This position leads onsite administrative support by supervising and coordinating clerical staff across multiple areas of responsibility. You will ensure efficient office operations while providing direct support to the site management team.
In this role, you will:
-Plan and deliver flight schedules in coordination with the corporate flight desk, site human resources and contractor managers.
-Supervise and coordinate clerical staff activities, including flight logistics, timecard management, and work order administration.
-Provide training, guidance, and coverage for clerical responsibilities as needed.
-Generate time reports and conduct timecard audits to ensure accurate bi-weekly payroll processing.
-Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing and distributing reports, recording minutes, and arranging travel.
-Provide administrative support and coverage to the human resource team.
-Respond to reporting requests and complete additional administrative assignments as required.
Required:
-certificate in business or office administration;
-three to five years administrative experience;
-equivalent combination of education and work experience considered;
-proficiency with Microsoft Office suite;
-excellent written and verbal communication skills;
-valid class 5 drivers license; and
-work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft.
Recommended:
-air radio license; and
-previous experience within a unionized workforce.
