We are currently seeking a motivated Shop Hand to join our Tank Shop team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain shop cleanliness, including sweeping, organizing work areas, and disposing of waste.
Put away tools and equipment after use; ensure tools are stored properly and safely.
Assist with basic shop duties such as prepping materials, moving parts, and supporting tradespeople as needed.
Perform general organizing of shelves, supplies, and workstations.
Conduct man-watch duties when required to ensure safety compliance.
Assist with basic maintenance tasks, including cleaning tanks, equipment, and components.
Follow all company safety procedures and participate in daily toolbox meetings.
Support other team members with miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Gradually work towards tank inspections.

Qualifications:
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Ability to follow instructions and work safely at all times.
Physically capable of handling labour intensive tasks.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation considered an asset.
Safety certifications (e.g., First Aid, H2S, Confined Space, etc.) are an asset but not required.
