Job Purpose
The Integrated Settlement Program Manager supports the Directors of the Settlement Units by providing support to expand and enhance programs and services. This position plays a critical role in supporting directors achieving programs and organizational related goals. This role focuses on strengthening program development and delivery by leveraging and seeking new resources. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to identifying and mobilizing resources, cultivating partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders, and facilitating strategic initiatives that align with settlement units programming and organizational goals.
Education and Experience
Four years post-secondary degree in social sciences and humanities, with a focus on Community and Adult Education, Anthropology, Global Development or a related field.
Three to five years of experience in grant writing, funding applications, and reporting.
Strong understanding of community development principles and practices.
Demonstrated leadership experience with diverse teams.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of nonprofit sector operations, funding landscapes, and program development and evaluation.
