Hours of Work: 37.5 weekly 7.5hr days - varying hours: 9am 5pm 0r 1pm-9pm Monday to Friday
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Outreach and the general supervision of the Senior Director of Womens Housing, the Outreach housing manager will work as part of a outreach and womens housing team to provide support from a Housing First and Trauma Informed perspective to women and families with complex barriers to meeting their basic needs for housing, food, and safety. and incorporation of best practices.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience working with the complex needs of people experiencing homelessness
Knowledge of the Child Welfare system, Trauma Informed Care, and Family Violence would be an asset
Be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills
Experience working with Indigenous communities and cultures
3-5 years of demonstrated experience in the field, or Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Justice Studies, or other human service field, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5 years of case management experience is preferred
Ability to work independently and with a team
Accurate record-keeping ability and basic computer skills (knowledge of HIFIS would be an asset)
