SENIORS WITHOUT WHEELS is looking for a reliable driver to help local seniors get to their appointments and grocery shopping and errands.
You will be responsible for driving our clients from one location to another. You are safe, dependable, and take extreme care to maintain the safety and comfort of your passengers and play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service. You are respectful and kind to seniors. Have the physical ability to load and unload folding wheelchairs and walkers into the trunk, Push grocery shopping carts, assist seniors with loading and unloading groceries, Assist with winter coats, boots, and lend an arm for walking. You are kind, caring, compassionate and show the utmost respect to seniors. You must have a valid class 5 Saskatchewan drivers license and a car/SUV (no trucks). Willing to provide a clean criminal record check for the vulnerable sector. The client may just want a drop off or the client might want you to stay with them and help them with shopping or wait on site, till their appointment is over. You will clean and sanitize vehicle interior between clients.
Part time to start may work into full time. 9:00 am to 5:00 Monday to Friday shifts, with flexibility for call out times.

You are more than a driver. You act as their private chauffeur, you open doors, carry packages, push the shopping cart, provide conversation and work to achieve the client feeling important and special.
You will be driving seniors in Moose Jaw, and on occasion to Regina and the rural area around Moose Jaw.
Fluent in English Language is required. Criminal record check. Professional references.
Hiring preference will be for those drivers that can also do light housecleaning for the seniors.
