Assign Duties and prepare Work Schedules for employees
Hiring and Managing staff, keeping the Labour Cost under control
Prepare Weekly Reports (WISR) and relay the same timely to Taco Time H.Q.
Report the Store Performance to Management on weekly basis
Maintain high standards of Customer Service, Cleanliness, and Hygiene
