Description

Street Culture Project is looking for a creative, values-aligned Content Marketing & Social Media Specialist to help us amplify our message, strengthen our brand identity, and share the impact of our work with the community.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and post content (photos, videos, graphics, reels, stories) across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
-Write compelling captions that align with our brand voice.
-Capture on-site moments at events, programs, and behind-the-scenes activities.
-Edit and produce high-quality marketing content, including short- and long-form videos.
-Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track analytics to optimize performance.
-Support communication strategies, fundraising campaigns, and stakeholder updates.

What You Bring

We are looking for someone who is creative, organized, and able to capture stories through strong visual design. You understand how to turn real moments into compelling content  and you care about accuracy, consistency, and community impact.

-Education or proven experience in graphic design, visual communications, or multimedia
-3+ years of design and content creation experience with a strong portfolio
-Proficiency in Canva for creating visuals, posts, and reels
-Ability to capture and edit high-quality photos and videos
Experience managing social media platforms - Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and LinkedIn.
-Knowledge of or experience working with scheduling tools such as Hootsuite.
-Strong communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
-Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Additional Requirements

-Valid SK Driver's License with clean abstract
-Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector clearance
