Description

**WE COVER TRAVEL (to-and-from site, out of Saskatoon or Prince Albert), MEALS & ACCOMMODATION AT SITE.

**Job is located at the Foran Mine site, located approximately 3.5 hours northeast of Prince Albert & 85 km west of Flin Flon.

**YOU MUST PASS A DRUG & ALCOHOL TEST.

Reporting to the Lodge Manager, this role manages 3 critical facets of our mine site operation: front desk services, quality assurance, and housekeeping.  This role ensures our client has a seamless guest services experience in a fast-paced, mining camp setting.

Key duties include:
- Manage, supervise, & coordinate activities for the assigned work units.
- Oversee front desk services, to ensure guest check ins/outs are fast & seamless.
- Supervise & support (including back-up coverage) the lodge administrator.
- Respond quickly & appropriately to client inquiries and complaints.
- Resolve problems quickly & decisively; then, provide advice & recommendations for long-term solutions.
- Enforces company rules, policies, & quality standards.
- Ensures client contract compliance, with a high degree of professionalism & attention to detail.

Qualifications:
- Management or supervisory experience in a hotel, camp, or hospitality setting.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Strong administrative & organizational skills in busy, high-volume, client service settings.
- Very strong customer service skills in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to utilize & manage databases.
- Related experience with automated man-days/room allocation and/or payroll systems (preferred).
- Good knowledge of man-days and payroll terminology & practices (preferred).
- Team player, with team management skills.
- A suitable combination of education, training, & experience may be considered.

This job REQUIRES:
- Shift work with compressed Workweeks - 2-week in-and-out rotations.
- A valid class 5 Drivers License is strongly preferred.
