My Student Works Painting franchise is hiring full-time painters for the upcoming season, and were looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in doing quality work. This role runs from May to August (or AprilNovember for full-season applicants) and involves interior and exterior painting, deck and fence staining, and occasional commercial work across East Regina and surrounding areas. Youll work Monday to Friday, generally from 8:005:00, with opportunities for additional hours during busy periods.
We hire based on character first, not experience. Youll be a great fit if you show up reliably, communicate clearly, and want to work in an environment where craftsmanship, responsibility, and professionalism matter. We provide full training for those new to painting, and we reward those who learn quickly, take ownership of their work, and consistently uphold high standards. Pay ranges from $20$26/hour, with opportunities for tips, raises, and performance-based bonuses for efficient crews. Youll work in small teams, follow clear job plans, and receive support and coaching to improve your skills throughout the season.
