Holtzman Painting is hiring reliable, detail-oriented, and professional painters for the 2025 season. This is a full-time role from early April to the end of November, working on residential and commercial painting projects across East Regina and surrounding areas. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, communicate well, and want to be part of a team that values reputation, professionalism, and high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities include interior and exterior painting, prep work, cutting, rolling, spraying, sanding, minor repairs, and final touch-ups. Projects range from homes to commercial properties, decks, fences, doors, trim, and multi-unit complexes. The schedule is typically Monday to Friday, 8:005:00, with opportunities for overtime during busy periods. We need people who can work efficiently, stay organized, and maintain a high standard on every job.
Compensation ranges from $20$30 per hour, plus profit sharing on each project. Profit sharing rewards painters for completing work efficiently and to a high standard. Raises, bonuses, and leadership opportunities are available for strong performers. Experience is an asset, but not requiredwe provide onboarding, coaching, and skills training to help you succeed.
This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, respectful, and takes ownership of their work. You must have reliable transportation to job sites, be comfortable on ladders, and be able to work outdoors in varying conditions. Most importantly, we are looking for people who understand that every job and client interaction impacts our reputation and want to contribute to a team that takes that seriously.
