Join our team as an Admin Assistant and be the backbone of our fast-paced and dynamic workplace! We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual who is passionate about providing exceptional administrative support.
As an Admin Assistant, you will handle a variety of tasks such as basic accounting, scheduling and confirming appointments, and data entry. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently.
We are looking for someone who is a master multitasker and can handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy interacting with people, and have excellent organizational and time management skills, this job is perfect for you!
What we are looking for:
Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
Provide excellent customer service by answering customer inquiries and resolving issues
Scheduling and confirming appointments with customers
Providing general administrative support to the team, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents
Conducting data entry and maintaining databases with accurate and up-to-date information
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient communication
Other duties as assigned

Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or related field
