Key Duties:
Supervise daily cafe and kitchen operations
Lead and support baristas and kitchen staff
Prepare espresso-based drinks and assist with light food prep
Manage schedules, inventory, and staff training
Handle cash, customer feedback, and health/safety compliance
Requirements:
1-2 years in food service + supervisory experience preferred
Strong barista and kitchen skills
Hospitality or food service certification preferred
English proficiency; Food Safety Certification is an asset
Knowledge of French caf culture is a plus
