Description

We are looking for a dependable individual or couple in the Nipawin / Carrot River area to assist with inspecting vacant homes under our care. This role involves completing scheduled inspections and seasonal upkeep to ensure properties remain secure and well-maintained.

What You'll Do:
- Bi-Weekly Inspections
- Access the property using a lock box (keys must remain at the property).
- Walk through the entire home, taking clear photos of each room.
- Complete a short report and submit it with the photos.

Yard Maintenance (as needed):
- Grass cutting in summer.
- Snow clearing in winter.

Schedule & Pay:
- Inspections take place every two weeks. $25 each
- Grass cutting and snow removal are on demand, as required.

We pay weekly by direct deposit or e-transfer.

Requirements:
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.
- Access to a smartphone or tablet for photos and reports.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

Background check required.
