Description

Prince Albert Grand Council (PAGC) is actively seeking to recruit permanent 0.25 Home Care Registered Nurse for Hatchet Lake.

Qualifications
- Registered with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
- Have at least 5 or more years in an acute care setting; previous home care nursing experience in First Nations community preferred.
- Maintain valid SK Driver?s license.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Able to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Strong physical assessment skills

Assets
- Knowledge of Dene language and culture
- Previous home care nursing experience
- Knowledge or awareness of First Nations community health programs and treatment services
