The Prince Albert Grand Council Health & Social Development Dept. is now accepting applications from qualified individuals for a full-time position for the Home & Community Care Nurse Informatics/Assessor.

Qualifications:

-    Minimum of 5 years related nursing experience required.
-    Degree or Diploma Nurse eligible for registration in the Province of Saskatchewan.
-    Valid Driver?s License required.
-    Ability to work effectively within a holistic team approach.
-    Willingness to attend training programs as required.
-    Preference will be given to applicants with knowledge of a First Nation language and culture.

ASSETS:

-    Previous experience in working with First Nations Home and Community Care.
-    Strong commitment to health prevention, promotion and community development.
-    A flexible self-motivated person who is comfortable working in homes.
