POSITION SUMMARY: The Assembler is an integral part of the production process. This position is responsible for the safe and accurate assembly of components and subassemblies to create the finished product. This role is also accountable for ensuring that assembly production is executed in a timely manner and within all quality parameters prior to the machine being scheduled for final inspection.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform complex and advanced assembly of products according to established specifications and instructions
- Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies
- Monitor the functioning of all equipment and report any issues or problems to the lead hand
- Identify needs for improvement by completing ECNs as required so that product quality is maintained
- Maintain work area in a clean, safe, and orderly manner
- Other duties as assigned

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1-year previous assembly experience is required
- Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in an agriculture manufacturing environment
- Must have an excellent mechanical aptitude and strong understanding of hydraulic systems and components
- Able to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
