Crocus Co-operative was established in 1983. We have a Supported Living Housing Project located in the heart of Saskatoon. The program offers a holistic and person-centered approach. The building is staffed 24 hours per day and provides participants with mental health/addiction issues wrap around supports and in-house programming. The Support Workers work with residents on case plans, accompanying to appointments, facilitation of programming, administration of medication, assisting with basic life skills, and any other tasks required by the Housing Co-ordinator or Executive Director. Knowledge of the following is highly recommended: Trauma Informed Practice. Non-Violent Crisis Intervention skills, Indigenous Culture, working with case management plans, problematic substance use, symptoms of mental illness. Prefer a degree in Social Work or Psychology. Shift work is involved.
