The Client Services Coordinator plays a key role in connecting individuals and families with essential services, financial supports, and community resources. This position combines outreach, administrative tasks, and client-facing support. The role supports program delivery by assisting with tax preparation, collecting and reporting program data, and facilitating referrals to financial budgeting counselling.
Qualifications:
Post-secondary education and/or relevant experience;
Experience in community outreach, client support, tax filing, financial benefits;
Open minded and willing to learn;
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
Knowledge of community resources, supports and other agencies;
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
Strong organizational and administrative abilities;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential;
Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's Licence - those without need not apply;
Must be able to work flexible hours when needed;
Must pass YWCA Security Clearance with a successful vulnerable sector and criminal background check;
