Nychuk & Company is a long-established, dynamic law firm located in east Regina. We are seeking a professional, reliable, and organized receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and callers. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our office and requires someone who is friendly, proactive, and able to multi-task in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
Manage the main reception email inbox and handle routine inquiries
Schedule appointments and manage boardroom bookings
Process incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages
Assist with filing, scanning, and document organization
Support lawyers and staff with administrative tasks as needed
Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean, professional environment
Coordinate with bookkeeping and administrative staff for daily office needs
Qualifications
Previous experience in reception or customer service required
Experience in a law office or professional-services environment is an asset
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under time pressure
Professional demeanor, confidentiality, and attention to detail are essential
