Job Description: The Financial Business Analyst assists the Director of Corporate Services in the development, direction and maintenance of the financial and statistical information systems of the Region to ensure asset and expenditure control, proper budgetary planning, and timely financial, statistical and management reporting in the Region operations under their responsibility.

- Accounting or Finance Certificate/Diploma
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, orally and in written form.
- Must maintain a high level of competency and possess above-average organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Computer proficiency, especially an extensive knowledge of accounting, spreadsheet and word processing programs.
- Familiarity with MIS Guidelines and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Excellent accounting skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work within time pressured environments.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Access).
