Job Order Detail

Description

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a cabinetry designer. Experience is not required  we value strong personal qualities such as reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. In this role, you will receive full training to help you take orders from franchises and enter them into our design software (Mozaik).

Responsibilities
- Support franchise orders by entering project details into our design software (training provided)
- Prepare accurate quotes using our standardized pricing catalogue
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and ensure all necessary information is collected
- Assist with basic design tasks and layout preparation under team guidance
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, project details, and related documentation
- Contribute to a positive team environment through clear communication and dependable work habits

Requirements
- Strong personal qualities: responsible, detail-oriented, reliable, organized, and eager to learn
- Comfortable using basic computer programs such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Other software solutions are welcome.
- Ability to follow processes, learn software tools, and adapt to new tasks
- Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in administration, customer service, or sales is an asset but not required
- Knowledge of CAD programs is an asset; training in Mozaik software will be provided
