The Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering weekly program activities. This contract position ensures smooth program operations, supports participant engagement, and maintains program records. The ideal candidate is organized, community-focused, and able to work independently with limited weekly hours.
Key Responsibilities
Program Delivery & Coordination (approx. 5 hours/week for 3 months)
Plan, schedule, and coordinate weekly program activities.
Lead or support program sessions, workshops, or community events.
Communicate with participants, families, and community partners to ensure consistent engagement.
Must be comfortable making cold calls and meeting partners in person.
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for all participants.
Track attendance, participation, and other required program data.
