We are looking for one person to join our amazing bakery team as part of bagel production.
Previous bakery experience preferred, but not required
Job Type: Full-time (40 hours / week)
Availability between 4:00am-12:30pm, Tuesday-Saturday
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Bake bagels in a timely manner
Bake and finish cinnamon buns
Weigh, mix and shape bagel dough
Accurately feed and care for our sourdough starter
Follow recipes accurately and consistently
Accurately and efficiently fulfill client orders for delivery and special order
Ensure cleanliness and organization of production kitchen space and equipment, including dishwashing
