Estimation Manager

SIEL Human Solutions on behalf of our client is looking to hire a Full Time Estimation Manager.

If you have post-secondary education in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Engineering with 7+ years estimating experience in metal fabrication, machining, or industrial manufacturing and 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience then this role is for you! Successful candidates should have a strong understanding of fabrication processes, proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and 3D models (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, etc.), and experience with ERP/MRP systems and estimating software.

Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor a team of estimators; provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
Set departmental standards, workflows, and estimating best practices.
Coordinate workload distribution and ensure timely completion of all estimates and proposals.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience within a related field.
7+ years estimating experience in metal fabrication, machining, or industrial manufacturing.
5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience (preferred).
