Description

We are seeking a proactive and efficient Night Shift Custodian who is skilled in proper cleaning methods and can ensure that all publicly accessible areas are clean and sanitized. The ideal candidate will be motivated, independent, and committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize all public areas, including restrooms, change rooms, showers, and steam rooms.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, and scrub floors; dust and sanitize surfaces.
Empty garbage bins and restock custodial closets and supplies.
Perform minor repairs and replace light bulbs as needed.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all members, property, and self by following Workplace Health & Safety procedures.
Monitor facilities for cleanliness and report any issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Must be already located in Regina and able to work.
Must have a valid work permit/SINP.
CPR and AED trained.
Vulnerable Sector check report must be completed
Valid drivers license required for a 10pm-6am shift.
Experience in custodial roles and night shifts is preferred.
Strong time management skills and the ability to follow instructions well.
Physically capable of lifting 20 lbs or more.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Observant, respectful, and motivated to maintain a clean and safe environment.
