Description

Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of full-time File Maintenance Clerk at our South Hill Wine, Spirits, and Beer location in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the South Hill Wine, Spirits and Beer Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
Provide Legendary Service through all touch points through various communication channels.
Maintain and update liquor product information in the point-of-sale (POS) and inventory systems.
Ensure correct pricing, descriptions, stock keeping unit numbers, and coding for all store items.
Maintain accurate and organized records of Limited Time Offers (LTOs), ensuring set up and removal in systems.
Maintain customer records including individual and commercial accounts, ensuring timely information is up to date and accurate.
Collaborate with the WSB Pricing Specialist to maintain accurate data and price files.
Track and maintain permit files such as liquor licenses, resale permits, and other regulatory documents required for legal sale and distribution of alcohol.
Monitor and implement promotional pricing, vendor updates, and price changes.
Audit liquor file data for accuracy and correct any discrepancies.
Coordinate with internal teams and liquor vendors regarding product additions, deletions, and changes.
Support inventory processes and stock-taking initiatives.
Maintain all signage on the sales floor.
Perform store duties including opening and closing, end of day procedures, floor coverage, and other duties as assigned.
Complete large amounts of data entry, with seated work, and significant use of computerized workstation.
Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies and procedures.
