Lancashire Distribution is looking for a dynamic individual to join our inside sales team. As a Customer Service Representative your primary responsibility consists of providing excellent customer service and sales support to existing Lancashire customers. A successful CSR will build and maintain a close working relationship with existing accounts as well as the Lancashire sales team. A positive friendly and professional demeanor is a must have quality in all applicants.
Responsibilities:
-Receive incoming communications and process orders
-Accurately and efficiently process paperwork (i.e. invoicing, receiving, deposits) and perform supporting administrative duties.
-Manage the entire sale and delivery process by liaising with all departments involved
-Communicate expected delivery dates and verify stock levels/order status for customers
-Offer price quotes for new inquiries and negotiate if required
-Assist customers who enter our facility and work with them to provide products that best suit their needs
-Follow up on customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 1-2 years customer service and or industry related experience in a similar role preferred
-Solid computer skills required for processing orders, transferring material, checking inventory, etc.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Excellent English communication skills ( written and verbal)
