Motor Vehicle License Issuer-Customer Service Representative
Description
We are looking for a full-time customer service representative for our motor license issuing counter.
Requirements
-Minimum Grade 12 education
-Must be bondable for cash handling
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-Customer service experience
-Ability to multi task and work under pressure
-Excellent cash handling skills are an asset
-Available to work 40 hours a week with flexible hours, including a variety of daytime shifts, Thursday evenings & Saturdays
-Must be punctual, reliable and able to work in a team environment
-Computer experience in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel is essential
-Office experience, including accounting and motor vehicle licensing experience would be considered an asset
-Employment suitability application approved by SGI Issuer Relations
