The Brandt Group of Companies is currently seeking a Territory Manager for Western Saskatchewan and Southern Alberta. The successful candidate will maximize the sales, market share, and profitability in their given territory.
Duties & Responsibilities:
-First line of contact for the Dealer
-Must be accessible to provide support to the Dealers and to End-User Customers.
Development of Distribution Network:
-Ensure all Dealers are capable of selling and supporting the Brandt product line.
Sales Management:
-The Territory Manager is responsible for managing his/her own time. Through consultation with the Sales Manager, a travel schedule will be developed in order to ensure that the Territory Manager visits each Dealer a minimum of once every 4 weeks.
Customer Service:
-Second line of contact (after Brandt Service Department) for Dealers in regard to Customer Service issues.
Administration:
-The Territory Manager is responsible for all Dealer accounts in his/her territory. This includes all Parts and Wholegoods Inventory (monitoring inventory turns and including the physical count of wholegoods inventory at each Dealer visit). The Territory Manger must report field inventory to head office monthly.
Required Experience:
-Three to five years of relevant agricultural sales experience preferred
-Valid driver's license
-A recent drivers abstract will be required.
-Must be able to obtain or have a valid passport and be able to travel internationally
Required Skills:
-Must have working knowledge of agricultural machinery products or a similar industry.
-Sales industry experience and/or a comprehensive knowledge of heavy equipment considered an asset
-Strong customer service skills
-Highly motivated and self-directed
