This is a performance-based role where strong workers consistently earn $20$26/hour plus profit sharing.  Profit sharing allows you to make more than your hourly rate, assuming you are efficient and do a good job. Past team members have multiplied their hourly rate by 1.3x on average.  If youre competitive, reliable, and motivated to perform, youll do extremely well here. Your earnings grow as your speed, skill, and efficiency improve - and the people who push themselves see the biggest results, monetarily and non monetarily speaking.
Youll work MondayFriday, 85, completing interior and exterior painting, decks, fences, trim, and commercial projects. The work is physical and requires attention to detail, but we provide full training for anyone who is coachable and ready to learn. You must have a vehicle for transportation between sites, be comfortable on ladders, and be willing to take responsibility for your performance.
