Description

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Insulation Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction or insulation installation, but we are willing to train the right person. This role involves working in residential and/or commercial buildings, installing various types of insulation materials, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities
    Measure, cut, and install insulation materials (fiberglass, spray foam, batt, blown-in, etc.)
    Ensure proper sealing and fitting of insulation to meet building codes and energy efficiency standards
    Operate insulation equipment and hand tools safely and effectively
    Maintain a clean and safe job site
    Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
    Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications
    Previous insulation or construction experience preferred but not required (training available)
    MUST BE reliable, and have a solid work ethic
    Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
    Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and tight areas
    Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
    Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
    Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
