Teine has an immediate opening for a part-time Relief Contract Operator in the Hoosier area, reporting to the area Foreman.

Responsibilities:
Safely manage and maintain the day-to-day operations of oil and gas wells, pumpjacks, compression, and waterflood.
Support the daily execution of the business plan?including production targets, HSE compliance, OPEX management, and reliability?by identifying opportunities to maximize production, reduce operating costs, and minimize downtime.
Perform equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
Conduct routine housekeeping, performance monitoring, and general maintenance activities.
Provide operating coverage as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
This is a contract-based position.
Schedule will fluctuate based on operational and coverage needs.
Minimum of 5 years of operating experience. A Petroleum Engineering Technologist diploma or other
relevant technical training will also be considered.
Proficient with basic MS Office applications.
Must hold a valid Class 5 Driver's License and be able to provide a clean driver's abstract.
Contractors must be incorporated.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Valid H2S and First Aid/CPR certifications.
