Montessori School of Regina is seeking an experienced and compassionate Enhanced Accessibility Support Worker to support a preschool-aged child with diverse needs, including exhibiting challenging behaviours. This role focuses on promoting inclusion, fostering emotional regulation, and helping the child to fully participate in daily classroom activities. The ideal candidate is patient, proactive, and skilled in implementing individualized strategies that create a safe, supportive learning environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and administrative skills as they will be working directly with supporting professionals.

Applicants should have or demonstrate they are working towards ECE certification.
This is a full time position at our Pasqua Campus.
