Under the direction of the General Manager, this role manages and directs all activities related to the management of staff and day-to-day operations of airport terminal(s).

Primary Responsibilities

Ensure consistent and superior customer service through awareness of customer needs, and trends.
Maintain a positive attitude towards customers and staff within a fast-paced work environment.
Ensure compliance with and enforcement of policies and procedures as established by the Company, legislation, and related regulations.
Provide oversight of staff and/or contracted companies with respect to fuel operations and manage operational ordering and balancing of fuel/propane for the base where applicable.
Communicate regularly with Operational Control personnel and coordinate charter/schedule flights.
Responsible for management of day-to-day activities based upon established standard operating procedures, legislation, and related regulations.
Build relationships through training, safety compliance, and customer care through regular staff meetings..
Act as a designated safety management system (SMS) investigator.
