Hours of Work: 37.5 weekly 7.5 hours Monday to Friday flexibility to meet program requirements
The TCS Administrator provides core administrative and records-management support across TCS programs, with a focus on Building Kinship Ties Mentorship Program and Whkhtawin in Motion. This role ensures accurate case documentation, timely reporting to the Ministry of Social Services, consistent communication with the team and mentors, and strong organizational systems that keep the programs running smoothly.

Qualifications:
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Experience with case management documentation (asset).
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong communication and professional email etiquette.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, culturally informed, trauma-aware environment.
Knowledge of Indigenous communities and cultural safety practices is an asset.
Understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
