Hours of Work: 37.5 weekly 7.5 hours Monday to Friday flexibility to meet program requirements
The WIM Manager leads the planning, development, and implementation of the Whkhtawin in Motion program. This role coordinates with The Comeback Society (TCS) team, mentors, YWCA Reginas Homebase, and community partners to deliver land-based, sport, recreation, and cultural programming for youth. The manager oversees scheduling, logistics, safety, data collection, and program evaluation to ensure a high-quality, culturally grounded experience.

Qualifications:
Experience in program leadership, youth recreation, or community programming.
Strong coordination, planning, and communication skills.
Knowledge of Indigenous culture, values, and land-based practices.
Ability to lead in dynamic outdoor and indoor environments.
Experience working with youth facing systemic barriers (asset).
Valid drivers license; ability to transport equipment or youth if required.
