Description

We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, loves being around vehicles and wants to grow in the automotive industry.  We are willing to train the right candidate.

Position Overview
The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. This role is responsible for understanding customer concerns, coordinating vehicle service work, and communicating clearly with both technicians and customers to ensure a smooth and transparent service experience.

Key Responsibilities
    Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive at the service department.
    Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms and service requests
    Explain recommended maintenance and repair options in a clear, transparent, and customer-friendly manner
    Ensure every customer feels valued, informed, and confident in the service they receive
    Prepare accurate repair orders and service documentation
    Communicate efficiently with technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure proper diagnosis
    Ensure an organized and efficient workflow through the service department

Qualifications & Requirements
    Outgoing, friendly, customer-focused personality
    Team player with a positive attitude
    Willingness to learn and take direction
    Automotive knowledge is an asset
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
    Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
