Our mission is to provide recovery-oriented services that foster empowerment, promote hope, and build connectedness.

About the Role:
As Senior Manager of Finance, youll work closely with the Executive Director to manage financial operations, prepare and analyze statements, maintain accounting systems, and ensure compliance with standards and internal controls. Youll provide insights on budgets, cash flow, forecasting, and reporting, sharing updates with the Audit and Finance Committee. Youll advise on optimizing financial resources and lead the planning, implementation, and management of all finance-related activities.

Qualifications:
-CPA (or equivalent) with strong knowledge of accounting standards, audits, and internal controls; insight into Indigenous culture or community programs is a bonus.
-Skilled in Excel, Sage, dashboards, and financial trend analysis.
-Excellent communicator able to make finance understandable to non-finance staff.
-Organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and collaborative; able to mentor a small finance team.
-Professional, approachable, adaptable, and discreet.
