Part-Time  Hardware Clerk - Tisdale Home Centre


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    To provide a professional approach to work concerning areas such as attitude, dependability, and appearance.
    To provide a level of service to all customers that meets the Co-operatives standards in courtesy and efficiency.
    To maintain a constant alert against unauthorized removal of merchandise.
    Some heavy lifting is required.
    Complete safety training as required.
    Provide information, assistance and customer service in a manner that will promote the sale of merchandise in a friendly and courteous way.
    Become familiar with all hardware merchandise (plumbing, electrical, paint, etc.) and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
    Perform key cutting and paint mixing tasks.
    Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

    Must have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working with the public.
    Must be available for work a variety of shifts including weekends.
