The Role You Will Play:

- Provide fast and efficient customer service to internal and external customers.
- Assist, set-up, organize and conduct proper demonstrations of agricultural equipment optimizing the performance of the equipment.
- Highlight special features, benefits, and advantages over competitive products.
- Serve as the product expert for Youngs Equipment Inc.
- Keep current on product knowledge and benefits of specific machines.
- Diagnose problems and determine repairs, modifications, and/or calibration changes.
- Be involved with customer clinics hosted by the dealership.
- Assist the sales department when demonstrating equipment. Also, provide initial start-up/run-in support for the customer.

Background Profile:

- Preferred candidates will possess knowledge of agriculture equipment, excellent communication skills-written/verbal, computer experience is essential.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- The ability to travel on a regular basis.
