Description

RCESI is accepting applications for an Oil & Gas Field Supervisor. The field supervisor will provide supervision, guidance and mentorship to their teams, locations and projects to ensure safe and efficient execution of all tasks. A supervisors scope of responsibilities includes their location, their personnel and any RCESI jobs. Supervisors will utilize previous experience, technical, quality and safety knowledge while working within the Right Choice Energy Services Incs Safety Management System, Quality Control Program, and core values.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
    Journeyperson certificate in a relevant field preferred
    10+ years of hands-on industry related experience required, with 5+ years of supervisory/leadership experience preferred
    Ability to demonstrate a working knowledge of OH&S requirements, report all incidents and participate in investigations as required, lead and participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings and safety stand-downs as required, and demonstrate safety leadership and excellence, encouraging crews to participate in the safety management program
    Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and digitally, with all internal organization departments, suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and regulatory authorities
    Strong coordination, scheduling and organization skills, as well as an ability to efficiently organize and direct work
    Experience in project planning, execution (construction realities), management, and communication with all client engineering groups, and a good working knowledge of all construction disciplines
    Appropriate computer skills, which may include Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point, Acorn, ETC.
    A valid drivers license with a clean driving abstract (5G endorsement would be considered an asset)
