You will be responsible for managing training ops, delivering training on CRM, processes, content development & cross-dept collaboration. In one of Canadas top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly & collaborative environment that encourages learning & growth.

Responsibilities
-Provide leadership to develop/implement training programs for all staff
-Manage the Training Manager/team
-Drive Dealer Capabilities & P4P Goals
-Create, deliver training plans
-Oversee expenses & training costs
-Track training success, recommend improvements
-Keep up to date on business/sales systems, JDU courses, Sales & Retail Finance processes, products from vendors, build codes & machine configurations
-Customer confidentiality
-Maintain strong relationships through teamwork & service excellence

Requirements
-Strong leadership skills
-Excellent training/presentation, customer service, interpersonal skills
-Extensive knowledge of Farm/Ag systems in AOR
-Ability to manage tasks; project/goal oriented, strong work ethic
-Positive attitude, empathetic, self-aware
-Ability to use MS Office & internet apps
-Experience analyzing data
-Highschool diploma/GED, Ag/Business/Engineering Degree preferred
-Work flexible hours & extensive travel in/out of CA
-Must have valid Class 5 Drivers License & valid Passport
