Description

-Lead BIM coordination for residential and commercial design projects.
Set up BIM models, templates, and standards aligned with project requirements.
Coordinate architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical models.
Perform clash detection, manage issue tracking, and prepare coordination reports.
Develop, maintain, and rene advanced 3D models with accurate geometry and data.
Ensure compliance with company standards, naming conventions, and LOD guidelines.
Oversee production of drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models.
Review and validate drawing sets for accuracy and constructability.
Work with engineers and project managers on design changes and quantity extractions.
Provide technical support on Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 workows.
Develop BIM templates, view lters, and automation to improve efciency.
Mentor junior technologists/drafters and assist in quality control of their work
