Job Description: Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care. Active participation in the model of care that integrates quality improvement principles, lean methodology, best practice, advanced technology and patient family centered care. Responsible for promoting organizational mission, vision and values by providing safe quality nursing care to clients.

Human Resources Exemption: No

Experience- One year experience working in an Emergency Room is required
Education- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Licenses- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS)
Other Education and Training- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS)
Competencies - Advanced - Communication skills
- Advanced - Interpersonal skills
Knowledge and Abilities- Ability to adapt to changing conditions
