Were looking for a highly organised Executive Assistant to support our CEO and team. This role involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling invoices, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Youll also assist with HR tasks, client communications, and bookkeeping support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbox and schedule meetings.
Prepare agendas, send reminders, and draft minutes.
Assist with invoicing, payroll, and expense tracking.
Coordinate client onboarding and follow-ups.
Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation.
What Were Looking For:
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and basic bookkeeping tools.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Location: Remote (Saskatchewan Time)
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM4:30 PM
