beePLUS Workplace Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Order Desk & Customer Support Associate to support our business-to-business customers. This role is focused on processing customer orders, managing order-related inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and accurate experience from order receipt through invoicing. This is a customer support and administrative role.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, fax, and online systems.
Accurately enter and maintain orders within internal systems.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, product availability, and delivery timelines.
Use vendor portals to source products and confirm availability and expected delivery dates.
Follow up with customers as required to clarify order details or resolve issues.
Process order changes, cancellations, returns, and customer credits.
Invoice orders accurately and process payments when required.
Communicate order updates to internal departments to ensure accurate fulfillment.
Maintain a working knowledge of beePLUS product offerings and services.

Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable communicating with business customers by phone and email.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn internal systems.
