Groveco Site Management is property maintenance company based in Regina, SK. We provide services including groundskeeping, snow removal, property inspection, and waste disposal. Our goal is to create strong client relationships by delivering our services with competency and consistency.
We are looking for an office administrator who is a self-starter with an energetic & results-oriented work style, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to sorting, processing, and filing documents; receiving and sorting mail and email; scheduling and conducting appointments, equipment maintenance, and interviews; reviewing payroll; responding to customer inquiries and complaints; performing quality assurance; drafting and publication of social media posts; supply management; and other administrative or light labour duties.

Characteristics Needed to Succeed:
-1-2 years experience in an administration or management role.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Experience with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
-Ability to work in fast-paced environment, be effective under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
-Physically able to lift up to 50lbs.
-Class 5 driver's license.
Criminal record check with vulnerable sector search is required.
