Description

Provide leadership for marketing and sales, human resource, maintenance and financial accountability for a full services in restaurant. Weekly reporting to Hotel Manager.

Responsible for providing excellent customer service, supervision of all restaurant staff.
Regular maintenance checks reporting to hotel manager if required.
Must have Food Safety Certificate and Serve It Right Certificate.
Must have Computer knowledge, MS Office experience, KNOWLEDGE OF BASIC ACCOUNTING. AMPM POS operating system
Work with community to develop a good working relation with construction projects and other business.
